These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of video editing services by Frame Craft Media ("we", "us", "our") to business clients ("you", "client"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We provide professional video editing, post-production, motion graphics, and related services as agreed in a project brief or quotation. Any specific deliverables, timelines, and revisions will be outlined in a separate proposal or statement of work.
Fees are as quoted in the proposal. Unless otherwise stated:
Our standard packages include up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be billed at our hourly rate. Client must approve final version in writing (email acceptable).
Upon full payment: all rights to the final edited videos are transferred to the client. We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio (unless confidentiality is requested in writing).
Raw materials and preliminary drafts remain our property until full settlement.
We treat all client content and communications as confidential. We will not share your project files or briefs with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any delay.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If cancelled by client after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable, and work completed up to that point must be paid for.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
